The tough, high tensile steel is protected by a total of four layers of corrosion-resistant alloys and oven-baked paint on each side. The deep coat resists chipping, cracking, peeling and fading to easily weather our harsh Australian climate.

1. A zinc aluminium alloy is coated onto the structural steel base.

2. A conversion layer is chemically applied to enhance coating adhesion.

3. An epoxy primer is baked onto the surface.

4. A durable, exterior grade top-coat is baked on.
